Please note: All swimwear, intimate apparel, bodysuits, hosiery and SALE merchandise are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments. PANAREACOUTURE LLC/ DBA Valentina Shah will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.
Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and PANAREACOUTURE LLC/ DBA Valentina Shah reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. PANAREACOUTURE LLC/ DBA Valentina Shah cannot be responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to the nature of garment materials. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. To ensure a positive experience for all of our clients, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future return transactions from such clients at valentinashah.com.

Yes! We are pleased to accept timely returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items. To be eligible for a return, your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials.
Items from the listed categories below are ineligible for return or refund:

- Fur Coats
- Customized Items
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
All returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt. Please, make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached.
Valentinashah.com reserves the right to reject returns that are sent or communicated outside of the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges, although customers outside the US are responsible for taxes and duties.

In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please click "Start a Return" at the top of this page to get started. Enter your email and order number and select "Damaged or Wrong Item" as your reason of return. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit.

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 10-14 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email. You can also choose to receive an Instant Store Credit that can be used online right away, which is the fastest and easiest way to make an exchange.
Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags and packaging.
Returns that do not meet these requirements are accepted at the discretion of Valentina Shah and subject to a $10 return fee.
