Placing an order

We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay and Gift Card.

We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed.

We include pre-paid return labels in all orders placed within the US, and we’re happy to assist you with returning an order once you receive it. If you refuse delivery of an order you’ve placed, it’ll be returned to our warehouse and you’ll receive a refund for the merchandise plus tax. 

FYI: shipping charges are nonrefundable.

We’re happy to offer the option to pre-order select new styles that are not yet available to ship. The estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product description page. Pre-order products are susceptible to unforeseen processing delays, so we unfortunately cannot guarantee dates for these items. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. You’ll get an email from our customer service team if there are any issues with your order.

While we do our best to make sure our website reflects exactly what’s stored in our inventory, please note that many of our collections sell out quickly.

If you’d like to confirm whether a specific item is available, or if it will be restocked, please contact our Customer Care team, and we will notify you when the product has been restocked. In the case of the product can't be restocked, our Customer Care team will let you know if we can create a Special Order for you.

Items indicated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit. 

Any products purchased during a promotional sale event indicated as “Final Sale” or "Pre-Order" are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit. Any purchases made using a promo code indicated as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit. Sale offers cannot be combined with other promotions. No price adjustments on previously placed orders.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping options and charges for your destination. Ground shipping is complimentary, and it takes about 3-5 business days to deliver. We also offer next day and two day delivery for an express delivery service cost.

Please note our delivery time starts from the moment an order begins processing and includes a 24 - 48 hour period where your items will be packed and shipped from our warehouse. This can take slightly longer during a sale. Inclement weather conditions and international customs are also not factored into delivery time and may cause delays.

We offer Free Ground Shipping on all US orders (including Hawaii and Alaska). When placing your order, simply select your preferred delivery option on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase. We also offer next day and two day delivery for a express delivery service cost.

All orders ship from our corporate warehouse located in Miami.

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box) 

Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your order details and tracking number, which you can use to track your order online. If you are registered with Valentina Shah, you can track the status of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting "My Account," followed by "Orders." Your tracking number will not activate to show movement until the parcel is scanned in at the first courier-specific sorting facility, generally, 24 hours or so after you receive your shipping notification.

Please note:

-  Before we can ship your order, we may need to confirm some additional details with your card issuer.
-  Our delivery time starts from the moment an order begins processing and includes a 24 - 48 hour period where your items will be packed and shipped from our warehouse. This can take slightly longer during a sale.
-  Inclement weather conditions and international customs are also not factored into delivery time and may cause delays.

Easy Returns

Yes, as long as it is in perfect condition and has all its labels on it. Keep the following exceptions in mind:

-  Customized Items 
-  Fur Coats 
-  Special Orders

All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. Please, make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached.   

Valentinashah.com reserves the right to reject returns that are sent or communicated outside of the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

We're so sorry to hear your order arrived in less than perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. 

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All damages should be reported to info@valentinashah.com, be sure to include your order number. We will contact you with next steps.
